    • exodus 25b-31 God gives the blueprints
    • exodus 31 God names the builders/craftsmen and says they have
    • been set apart and anointed to do this work
• Do what only you can do well and empower the rest to leaders the Lord highlights

    • Identify seats and allow the Lord to highlight people to fill the seats
• Knowing God knows who needs to fill the seats
• There are people anointed for positions
• Get into unity with what God is saying over people and then steward it
• Empowerment vs. Delegation
  • The point is for people to grow, not to be workhorses
  • Tension between being presence driven and the worker’s mentality
