• Creativity is meant to be practiced with God.
• Being presence-driven means consistently seeking God’s heart and mind in everything we create.

Key Scripture:

• Genesis 2:18-20 (CJB) – God brought the animals to Adam to see what he would call them. Whatever he named them, that became their name.
• This shows that God invites us into creativity with Him.

What Does Presence Driven Mean?

• A Presence-Driven Church is not built around a person or ministry, but around God’s presence.
• We constantly ask God for His heart and His mind for His house.

What Keeps Your Creativity Moving?

• Just like a car dashboard shows critical indicators,
• Identify what fuels your creativity and what you need to steward well.

What is Creativity?

Definitions of Creativity:

• Oxford Dictionary: The use of imagination or original ideas, especially in artistic work.
• Merriam-Webster: The ability to create new and original things.
• The Bible (Genesis 1): “God created…”
  • Hebrew Word: Bārā’ – meaning to create something from nothing.
  • Only attributed to God in scripture.
